Aurora borealis, also known as Northern Lights.<\/h2>\n

The bright dancing lights of the aurora are collisions between electrically charged particles from the sun that enter the earth’s atmosphere. The lights are seen above the magnetic poles of the northern and southern hemispheres. The lights appear in many forms from patches or scattered clouds of light to streamers, arcs, rippling curtains or shooting rays that light up the sky with an eerie glow.\u00a0This marvellous phenomenon occurs near the magnetic poles and the waves are seen north and south in an irregularly shaped oval centred over each magnetic pole. Scientists have learned that in most instances northern and southern auroras are mirror-like images that occur at the exact same time, with similar shapes and colours.<\/p>\n

Here in the north part of Sweden in the home of an inventor we had the opportunity to see this amazing and beautiful phenomena, and also take part of his inspiring and moving story, so to his honour and his legacy we sketched the Model N\u00b0307 and it\u00b4s magnetic signature pattern that include the north and south poles inspired by the personal story, the magnetic waves and the Northern Lights above us.<\/h4>\n
